By accessing or using any website, application, platform, or service operated by Paths Cross LLC – including pathscrossllc.com and any other product or application that references or links to these terms (“Services”) – you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

Paths Cross LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is used in a manner we determine to be harmful to other users or our Services.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, software, training materials, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials created by or for Paths Cross LLC are our exclusive intellectual property, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content or software without prior written consent from Paths Cross LLC.
User-Submitted Content

Cybersecurity recommendations and training content are provided based on current best practices and available information. No security measure is guaranteed to prevent all threats. Paths Cross LLC is not liable for security incidents that occur after consulting or training engagements.

App Store and Platform Distribution

- These Terms are an agreement between you and Paths Cross LLC only – not with Apple, Google, or any other platform distributor
- Apple, Google, and other distributors are not responsible for our applications or their content
- Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
- Your use of the platform itself (App Store, Google Play, etc.) is governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the platform distributor’s terms, the platform’s terms govern solely with respect to your use of that platform

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and Paths Cross LLC is not responsible for their content, practices, or reliability. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
