1. Agreement

By creating a Bakery Tracker account you agree to these Terms of Service between you and Paths Cross LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these Terms at any time and will notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance.

2. What Bakery Tracker Is

Bakery Tracker is a mobile application for bakery operators to manage inventory, recipes, sales, expenses, invoices, fundraiser campaigns, and customer orders. It includes an optional public customer ordering website, a loyalty program, staff account management, and AI-powered tools for Pro subscribers.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to register
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Your currency selection is locked at signup and cannot be changed in-app after that point
• Notify us immediately at info@pathscrossllc.com if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in ways harmful to the service or other users.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter: ingredients, recipes, sales, invoices, and customer information. By storing this data with us, you grant Paths Cross LLC a limited license to host, sync, and process it solely to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any obligations you have to your customers (e.g., accurate invoicing, correct order fulfillment).

5. Customer Ordering Feature

If you enable the public ordering page, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of your published menu prices and item descriptions
• Fulfilling orders placed through your page
• Complying with applicable local laws governing food sales, pricing, and consumer protection
• Communicating your refund and cancellation policies to your customers

Paths Cross LLC is a technology provider only. We are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.

6. Pro Subscription and In-App Purchases

• Bakery Tracker offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription
• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by App Store / Google Play terms; Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to those provisions
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play; we do not issue refunds directly

7. AI Features (Pro only)

• AI tools (recipe extraction, quick sale entry, AI companion) send your text and photo inputs to a third-party AI service to process your request
• Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information about third parties through AI features
• AI outputs are suggestions; you are responsible for verifying any AI-generated recipe, cost estimate, or other result before relying on it
• Rate limits apply and may be adjusted over time

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Bakery Tracker for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user’s data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the ordering feature to collect payments you do not intend to fulfill
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use AI features to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or infringing content

9. Intellectual Property

The Bakery Tracker app, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Paths Cross LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Bakery Tracker is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular business purpose. Nothing in the app constitutes legal, financial, food-safety, or tax advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paths Cross LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts in Pennsylvania.
